Terms of Service
The following terms of service are effective as of 14/08/25 and help everyone have a great and worthwhile experience at Fellow Humans.
Coffee Meet-ups (Meet Fellow Humans)
Code of Conduct

Be friendly, inclusive, and respectful to everyone.
- No harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.
Attendance & No-Show Policy

If you cannot attend, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

A £9 no-show fee applies if you don’t attend and do not give atleast 24 hours notice of your absence.

All sales are final – if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given but no no-show fee will be charged.
Respect for Venue

Treat the café location respectfully.

Support the venue by buying a drink or snack where possible.
Respect for Participants

Respect others’ time and personal space. We reserve the right to remove participants who do not meet our age requirements of 18-35 and will offer a full refund in the event of this.
Payments
-
Meet-up fees are non-refundable.

Payment secures your place.
Health & Safety
-
If you feel unwell, please do not attend.

You are responsible for your own belongings during the meet-up.
2. Events
Code of Conduct

Be kind, respectful, and considerate to everyone.

If your behaviour causes disruption, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Tickets & Payments

All sales are final – tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or event unless agreed in advance by Fellow Humans.
Respect for Venue

Please treat the venue and its staff with respect.

Any damage caused may be charged to you.
Respect for Participants

Respect other attendees’ boundaries and privacy.

Photography is welcome but ask permission before taking photos of others. Fellow Humans reserves the right to take photographs for strictly promotional purposes - if you would like to be removed from these photos please email [email protected]
Health & Safety

Follow any health and safety instructions from event staff or venue staff.

If you feel unwell, please avoid attending.
General (Applies to all Events & Meet-ups)

By attending, you agree to these terms.

Fellow Humans is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal items.
Subscription Specific Terms
- Subscription renews every 30 calender days until cancelled by the user at anytime, there is no minimum contract length.
- Events that are redeemed can only be booked and attended while a subscription is active.
- Collaboration events may require a £10 surcharge to attend e.g. supper clubs
- Unlimited event codes are for the subscriber only - we may confirmation at the event that you are the member.
