Sauna, Cold Plunge + Board Games, 25th of June, 7-9pm, Manchester

We're collaborating with the UK's first sauna and ice bath cafe Kontrast to bring you an evening in the sauna, cold plunges, board games + new friends!!

It's a time for you to prioritise wellness, meeting new people and having fun! Most people come by themselves looking to make friends and are aged 18-35! And they are all SO nice! :)

Spaces are limited so don't miss out! Only 22 spaces!

What You'll Do:
- Make New friends (the fun part) ✨
- Have a 45min sauna session
- Cold Plunging!
- Play Board games after!
- Leave feeling loved
